Over $140: FREE express postage (this is guaranteed other than orders containing by-the-metre interfacings, which can be very bulky and costly to post, in which case we will still endeavour to cover express postage but it cannot be guaranteed- if you absolutely require express post, please LEAVE A NOTE, or CONTACT US as soon as you place the order, so we can work out if extra payment is required).

Deliveries are done through letter post, Australia Post parcels and Couriers. Local pick ups are free from Ridgehaven, SA (I'd love to say hello in person!) If you're not in Australia but would still like to order, please contact me and I'll try my best to accommodate your needs.

I offer a 60-day return policy for your purchases. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), the return postage will be covered. If it's not a faulty item or mistake we made, you can return new, unopened items that must be in a resaleable condition (you need to cover return postage).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
